Thanks for visiting us at Picon-Deed Property Consultants!

Picon-Deed brings together two of Myanmar’s most experienced real estate professionals, Tony Picon and Stuart Deed, to create a property consultancy that analyses the market in a fresh forward-looking, enterprising direction.

We look forward to serving you with market reports covering Myanmar, custom consultancy services, valuation and leasing representation.

We have a positive, long-term view of the market and see that things are happening across the board: condos being completed; people finally have access to credit and are buying their own homes; Grade A office towers are filling up; there is strong demand for new retail offerings; and factories are being built that will employ thousands of people and propel the economy forward.

Stuart Deed founded Myanmar Real Estate in 2011 after working as the Myanmar Times’ business and property editor since 2007.

Myanmar Real Estate is a brokerage that provides office, industrial and residential leasing services.

Stuart has worked with major international companies that operate in Myanmar including Ooredoo Myanmar, Nokia-Siemens Networks, the United States Peace Corps and many more.

Tony Picon began covering Myanmar in 2011, when he wrote and produced the first Yangon Office Report for Colliers International, a global commercial real estate services organisation.

He later established Colliers in Myanmar and managed its rapid growth until 2018.
